Polokwane do you listen to the radio?

Today is World Radio Day and Review asked people on social media whether they still listen to radio and why. This is what they had to say:

Jimmy Ramoroko- "Radio is an important part of everyday life. I try to listen to the news when I get the chance because radio does not only share news, it also interactive."

POLOKWANE – Radio has over the years become an integral part of people’s daily lives even with technology evolving and social media taking over. Today is World Radio Day and Review asked people on social media whether they still listen to radio and why. This is what they had to say:

Ndzhaka Siwela – “I listen to radio but not by choice. It usually plays in the transport on my way to school so I find myself listening in without intending to. It is actually interesting at times. “

Agreement Mabunda – “I don’t have much chance to listen to the radio. There is just so much happening with social media networks it means I get to find out information before it even goes on radio.

Nkhensani Chauke – “I enjoy listening to shows that do music countdowns because I get to hear music that I sometimes would not be aware of.”

Hanyani Siwela – “I don’t listen to radio because I lose interest easily. If the conversation is not interesting enough I find myself zoning out. “
