The march was supposed to start at 10:00 but only departed at 12:30, arriving at the Civic Centre at 13:40 when the petition was handed over to Member of the Mayoral Committee for Roads, Transport and Stormwater, Francina Kubyana and Manager in the Office of the Mayor, Isaac Choshi.
