Learners of Jabez Christian Academy took advantage of an earlier opening day when they gathered at Hoër Tegniese Skool Tom Naudé for their annual colours athletics event last Thursday.
The green team competed against the purple team and emerged as the winners. No formal scores were recorded as the purpose of the event was to identify talent for inclusion into the school’s teams for future events, according to principal Elana Erasmus.
