Woman and two children dead after vehicle rolls on N1
Several others sustained serious injuries and were taken to the Mokopane Hospital
LIMPOPO – A woman in her 50’s and and two children, aged two and seven, died after the vehicle they were travelling in overturned on the N1-25 near Modimolle earlier today.
Preliminary police investigations indicate that the driver of the Hyundai H1 lost control of the vehicle due to a punctured tyre.
The vehicle was travelling from north to south and the vehicle veered into the opposite lane and rolled several times.
According to the Department of Transport a further four passengers and the driver sustained serious injuries.
All injured parties were taken to the Mokopane Hospital.
