POLOKWANE – The Hawks are looking for public assistance on whereabouts of the most wanted criminal, Thabo Maleka from Moletjie outside Seshego.
Maleka is believed to be behind a spate of armed robberies which include cash-in-transit robberies, carjackings and attempted murder in the province. Maleka is understood to be armed and extremely dangerous.

Media liaison officer at the Seshego Police Station, Ernest Maluleke says that Maleka has been linked to crimes which date back to 2010 and he was previously arrested. Maluleke says that Maleka along with four others managed to escape from the Seshego holding cells in 2012 and that the police have been in search of them ever since.
“Only one of the four escapees was found and the search for the others continue.”
