It is typically served as an starter or a main course, pasta salad is often regarded as a spring or summertime meal, but can be served year-round using a variety of different ingredients.
Knorr’s What’s for Dinner website gives a delicious recipe for a three bean salad.
Ingredients
- 250g fusilli noodles
- 1 x 400g tin butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 x small red onion, finely sliced
- 30ml dijon mustard
- 45ml fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 x 400g tin red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 x 400g tin green beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 x red pepper, finely chopped
- 250ml KNORR Light French Salad Dressing
Method
- Prepare pasta according to packet instructions, drain and rinse
- In a large bowl mix together the pasta and remaining ingredients
- Toss together well and serve.
