#WFD – Vegetable Pasta Pillows

Garnish this dish with crispy pancetta.

POLOKWANE – These delicious pillows are the perfect way to get your kids to eat vegetables.

The recipe makes use of ravioli which is easy to handle and to cook.

Ingredients

  1. 300g stuffed pasta shapes (ravioli or tortellini)
  2. 500g prepackaged vegetables
  3. 1 x KNORR Three Cheese Sauce
  4. 250ml milk (boiling)
  5. parmesan cheese shavings to serve
  6. 6 rashes pancetta or bacon to crispy, fried

Method

  1. Prepare pasta as per packet instructions and place in a serving bowl
  2. Steam the vegetables according to instructions on the package.
  3. Prepare KNORR Three Cheese Pasta Sauce by adding powder to the boiling milk and stirring with a fork until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the vegetables to the pasta and pour the sauce over.
  5. Garnish with crispy pancetta or bacon.
