POLOKWANE – In a media briefing earlier this afternoon, transport MEC Dickson Masemola handed over a report by the Special Investigation Unit that implicates officials in the department. The report is said to also include the names of high ranking senior officials accused of serious crimes. Masemola says the handing over of the reports is to show the departments’ intention to pursue criminal charges against those who are implicated.
