The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI) in Limpopo celebrated excellence with an awards ceremony at Bolivia Lodge in Polo­kwane on Friday evening during which a total of 12 awards were bestowed in various categories.
Hawks provincial Spokesperson Matimba Maluleke and Provisioning Administration Officer Elizabeth Moloto were honoured with special awards. Maluleke received a special award from MEC for Transport and Community Safety, Dickson Masemola while Moloto was singled out for excellent service by Hawks Provincial Head Thobeka Jozi.
Prestige and recognition awards were handed out to Best Investigator in the Serious Commercial and Organised Crime as well as Serious Corruption Investigation categories, Best Investigator and Best Investigative Team in the Priority Crime Specialised Investigation categories, Best Priority Crime Management Centre Analyst, Best Administration Team, Best Auxiliary Personnel and Best Project and Major Case Investigation Teams.
