[UPDATE] 2 dead, many injured in N1 accident
Two occupants in a BMW sedan were trapped and died in a head-on collision on the N1 road earlier today.
LIMPOPO – The collision happened between Kranskop Plaza and the mountain next to Modimolle at around 14:15.

It is alleged an Iveco midi bus and a BMW sedan collided head-on after one of the vehicle lost control, reported Traffic Policing Affairs Limpopo.
The sedan overturned and the occupants were trapped inside. The driver and one passenger died on the scene, they said.
The driver and eight passengers from the bus sustained serious injuries and another 13 occupants sustained slight injuries. All injured were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment, they concluded.
