[WATCH] Group of armed men rob businesses in Mahlakung Mall

Police recovered 10 large bags of cellphones, clothing, shoes, a hammer, two grinders and a crowbar after the group disappeared on foot into the nearby bushes

Police Spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe reports that a group of men, four armed, attacked security guards on patrol, tied them up and robbed them of their cellphones. They then broke into three clothing stores and one cellphone store.  The men also took an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police were notified and on arrival, they found that the suspects had already fled on foot. The trail led police to a spot where goods, believed to have been those stolen, were found. Police managed to recover 10 large bags filled with cellphones, clothes, shoes, a hammer, two grinders and a crowbar.
