#WFD – Easy Cheesy Pasta with Mince, Mushrooms and Spinach

This dish will take around 15 minutes to prepare and 25 minutes to cook.

POLOKWANE – Let’s admit it, pastas are the go-to dishes when you’re in a rush and want something quick and easy for dinner.

With different combinations, pastas are versatile and delicious.

The following recipe was supplied by What’s for Dinner.

Ingredients

  1. 150g frozen spinach, defrosted
  2. 800ml hot water
  3. 1 x KNORR Mince Mate Three Cheeses Flavour
  4. 15ml oil
  5. 125g button mushrooms
  6. 250ml feta cheese
  7. 300g lean beef mince

Method

  1. In a large frying pan, fry the lean mince and mushrooms in oil.
  2. Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 800 ml hot water, and the uncooked pasta contained within the box and bring to the boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in defrosted spinach and simmer for 5 min.
  5. Stir in the crumbled feta.
