LIMPOPO – A 47-year-old man was arrested and linked to a recent shooting in Musina in which a 37-year-old woman lost her life.
In a statement, Police Spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe said the arrest emanated from an armed robbery which happened on 17 July.

The police received a report about an incident where a man and a woman were shot at while in their vehicle, and arrived on the scene to find the vehicle in the middle of the road with the windscreen covered in bullet holes and two people shot and injured. Both were taken to the hospital for medical treatment. The female victim was certified dead on arrival.
The 47-year-old man suspect was arrested by members from the Makhado Cluster Task Team in the Musina area this week. He was positivity linked to the incident and to a separate murder case that was committed in Gauteng on 12 August.
He will appear in the Musina Magistrate’s Court soon on a charge of murder.
