The same variety, quality and high standard of customer service – it is only the name that has changed. Trappers in Mall of the North has been re-franchised and will be known as Expedition North as of today (Thursday).
According to the owner, Pieter Olivier, Expedition North will continue to supply the same core products as they did under the Trappers brand which include Jeep, Salomon and First Ascent and Sterling among others, but will add and improve their current offering with additional and exciting new products and ranges.
“Life is full of adventure and we believe that every day is a new expedition, even if it is just taking your dog for a walk, a short mountain hike, a swim in the ocean or a serious camping trip somewhere in Africa. Our vision is to supply you with the best outdoor gear for your expedition,” Olivier said.
He added that Expedition North can supply anyone with the best advice and quality products whether it is a warm puffer jacket for a mountain climb, most comfortable hiking boots and socks, sandals for social occasions next to the braai or the best hunting and pocket knives or torches.
“We want to excite and inspire our community with our wide range of products to follow their dreams and go out on their own expedition,” he said.
Olivier and his team look forward to receiving customers in store and finding the perfect product for their needs.
