POLOKWANE – Residents are alerted that the Polokwane Municipality is currently experiencing a backlog regarding waste removal within the city. This is due to a delay in the services experienced in other parts of the municipal area.
In a statement issued on Thursday afternoon the municipality advises residents to leave their refuse on the designated spots. Municipal employees are working to restore the waste collection services and the municipality urges residents and businesses to be patient as the matter is receiving the necessary attention.
All waste issues can be reported to the waste management section of the municipality on 015 290 2366/7.
