[TAKE NOTE] New traffic lights and road signs to assist traffic flow in Polokwane
The Polokwane Municipality have embarked on a six month project where they will erect traffic lights and road signs at busy intersections.
POLOKWANE – The intersections which have been identified include the following:
According to the head of communiction and marketing, Matshidiso Mothapo, the project commenced on 20 June and will take around six months to complete. “A contractor has been appointed and is busy with site establishment.”
He further assured residents that traffic will be accommodated at these locations throughout the various phases of completion.
“We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience as we strive to complete the installation timeously and with the least inconvenience to all residents and businesses,” he concluded.
