POLOKWANE – There are so many side dishes one can make for a braai, because lets be honest, there is nothing better than a braai.
Whether it be a green salad, potato salad, garlic bread, rolls or pap, there will always be something to work well with a braai.
Ingredients
- 8 x small potatoes, peeled
- 1 x onion, chopped
- 1 x generous bunch herbs, freshly chopped
- 1 x KNORR Creamy Garlic and Herb Potato Bake
- 400ml milk
- 80g feta cheese, crumbled
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Slice potatoes very thinly, cutting almost through but not completely, to form a fan
- Arrange in an ovenproof dish just big enough to fit the potatoes snugly
- Scatter with onion and fresh herbs
- In a jug mix together the KNORR Garlic & Herb Potato Bake and milk until smooth, then pour over potatoes
- Crumble feta on top
