#WFD – Lamb Burgers with Rosemary & Feta

Serve on freshly baked burger buns with rocket and top with pepperdews and sliced tomatoes.

POLOKWANE – The perfect burger is something that you can either buy in a store or make yourself.

With burgers, getting the correct ratio with meat, bun and condiments is what makes or break it.

These days, people have become more adventurous with their burgers by adding ingredients one wouldn’t usually find on them.

What’s for Dinner takes a different approach by adding rosemary and feta in this recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 450g lamb mince
  2. 1 x red onion, grated
  3. 1 x clove garlic, crushed
  4. 30ml sundried tomatoes in oil, roughly chopped
  5. 1 x KNORR Hearty Beef Stew with Rosemary Dry Cook-in-Sauce
  6. 100g feta cheese, crumbled

Method

  1. Place oven on grill function.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Using your hands shape into 4 large burger patties.
  4. Place the burger patties onto a lined baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked through or done to your liking.
