[MUST READ] Freedom Day through the eyes of the youth

Learners from Curro Heuwelkruin, Laerskool Piet Hugo and Oosskool wrote special poems for Review for Freedom Day

POLOKWANE – Whitney Houston once sang “I believe the children are our are future; Teach them well and let them lead the way; Show them all the beauty they possess inside; Give them a sense of pride to make it easier; Let the children’s laughter remind us how we used to be…”

In celebrating Freedom Day, Review visited three schools, Curro Heuwelkruin, Laerskool Piet Hugo and Oosskool, to find out how the youth of today define Freedom Day.
