MOKOPANE – With the town facing level three water restrictions from Monday, 1 April, a fire hydrant on the corner of Pretorius Street and JG Strydom Drive in Chroompark has been open for most of the day.
Yolande Coetzee, DA Councillor and Marcelle Maritz Freedom Front Plus Councillor say this has been reported many times.
The decision to implement level three water restrictions was taken at a Council meeting held at the Mogalakwena Municipality on Friday afternoon.
