MOKOPANE – The Mogalakwena Municipality has a new Acting Community Service Manager following a council meeting held this afternoon.
Gerhard Meyer, the current Divisional Head of Parks and Recreation, will take over from Jabu Mashamaite from 1 April and his appointment is valid for a three month period. Mashamaite’s three month term had lapsed.
Marcelle Maritz, Councillor and Leader of the Freedom Front Plus as well as DA Councillors, Korny Dekker and Yolande Coetzee have welcomed the decision.
