POLOKWANE – Just after 08:00 this morning, a minibus taxi crashed through the wall of a residence on the corner of Plein and Rissik Streets.
According to eyewitnesses, the taxi was driving in Rissik Street and suddenly swerved, crashing into the wall.
On the scene of the crash, Review journalist Maretha Swanepoel says there were injuries reported and at the time of the video, the taxi was being removed.
She also reported that the owner of the house says it is not the first time that a vehicle has crashed into his house and he has had to make changes to his house to prevent his family from getting injured.
All injured passengers were taken to hospital for medical treatment and according to eye witnesses, no one died.
Rissik street is currently open for traffic.
