Polokwane and surrounding areas were hit by heavy rains and strong winds on Sunday afternoon. Some areas even reported hail.
POLOKWANE – The heavy rains left many roads in the surrounding areas impassable due to flooding.
A resident in Dalmada Polokwane says they received 120mm during yesterday’s storm.
Another recorded 65mm rainfall in under half and hour in the Kareebosch/Doornbult area about 10km North of the city.
