POLOKWANE – Power has been restored to the Pump Station 3 at the Olifantspoort Plant and water is being pumped to the city, says the Plokwane Municipality.
“We have started pumping water but it might take a while for water to reach the reservoirs because the line is empty,” the municipality adds.
POLOKWANE – Residents are hereby notified that Pump Station 3 is currently not pumping water to the city due to power failure, says the Polokwane Municipality.
“Eskom technicians have been notified and pumping will resume one the problem is resolved,” the municipality says.
In the meantime the municipality urges those in the areas receiving supply, to use water sparingly and make sure that all taps remain closed.
