Looking for family, friends of Jacobus Mulder (75)

LIMPOPO –  Dave Protter, from the Tzaneen Crisis Center says Mulder is well, but apparently suffers from senile dementia. Mulder claims he is a professor at the University of the North outside Polokwane.
