Pietersburg English Medium Primary School (Pemps) has named Grade 7 learners Moyahabo Mphelo and Ronewa Dagada as head boy and head girl for 2019.
They will be assisted by deputy head boy, Tshepo Ledwaba and deputy head girl Nikiwe Nkonyani. Explaining their roles and duties, deputy principal Anastasia Malatji, said the new leaders are expected to assist the school in fund raising initiatives and supervise fellow learners. “These are the learners that carry the ethos of the school. They are trustworthy, they are responsible and they have the zeal to care for others. We can rely on them for everything. They will help us in supervising learners during break and after school,” Malatjii said.
