[VIDEO] Two people killed in accident, N1 from Meropa to Mokopane closed

Motorists are advised to use the R101 instead

POLOKWANE –  The N1 from the Meropa robots to Mokopane has been closed following an accident near Ysterberg.

Spokesperson for the Department of Transport, Matome Moremi-Taueatsoala says two people were killed in the accident.

Three people sustained serious injuries and one other person, slight injuries.

The cause of the accident is unknown. Delays are expected and motorists are advised to use the R101 as an alternative route.
