Sanitary pads and stationery given with a helping hand

Philipine Maphure Kgarose (23) is the founder of a Non-Profit Organisation (NGO) Help Handing, which aims to change the lives of Limpopo's youth.

POLOKWANE – The organisation recently donated sanitary pads and stationary to Graceland Combined School, an English Medium school located in Mmotong Peter Nchabeleng.

Philipine is assisted by Makgoara Noria Maponya (25) and Refus Maja (26), who are happy to lend a helping hand themselves. “The reason we formed the organisation was because we want to keep a black child in school no matter their backgrounds,” she added.

One of the learners, Mogau Tladi could not thank them enough for their generous work. “I wanted to thank Help Handing organisation personally for donating some stationary and sanitary pads to our school, it really means a lot to us. Your donations put smiles on each of the learner’s faces,” she said.
