POLOKWANE – Residents in Flora Park saw an opportunity following a storm in the city about an hour ago and decided to tube down the road in an inflatable.
In the video, residents can be seen standing calf deep in the flooded street when a floaty comes by with people in it.
The storm, which caused Savannah Mall to flood once again, caused flooding in other parts of the city too.
