2018 Bored? Here are great movies to keep the little ones entertained

We all know that we live in a digital world where children seldom play outside as we use too. If they are not stuck on our phones playing games, they are hounding us to buy them the latest gadgets. Let's try and get them to watch great movies this festive season, as a family of course.

Here is a list of great kiddies movies to keep them occupied during the holidays: 

The Lion King: The best Disney animated film ever…This film has it all, it is funny, emotional, has family drama, and above all, great animation and songs! The movie is not meant for kids only, its meant to teach adults a lesson too, to find our place in the great “Circle Of Life”.

Charlie and the chocolate factory: Who doesn’t love chocolate? When Willy Wonka decides to let five children into his chocolate factory, he decides to release five golden tickets in five separate chocolate bars, causing complete mayhem. The tickets start to be found, with the fifth going to a very special boy, called Charlie Bucket.

Charming:  A very safe fairytale adventure following Prince Charming’s quest for true love after being cursed with charm and never knowing what was genuine affection. It’s a world where all the princess talks like valley girls and sing pop songs.

Two Tails: The adventures of two completely different in nature beasts – a serious and economic Beaver and restless Cat. They meet when the cat is looking for shelter from the rain in the forest. The beaver rescues the Cat, and they become bosom friends. The cat really wants to become famous and believes that everyone wants to become famous, but not ever.

Hotel Transylvania 3: Mavis surprises Dracula with a family voyage on a luxury Monster Cruise Ship so he can take a vacation from providing everyone else’s vacation at the hotel. The rest of Drac’s Pack cannot resist going along. But once they leave port, romance arises when Dracula meets the mysterious ship Captain, Ericka. Now it’s Mavis’ turn to play the overprotective parent, keeping her dad and Ericka apart.

Spongebob Squarepants Christmas: With Christmas is just around the corner at Bikini bottom, SpongeBob’s pineapple is abuzz with preparations for Santa’s arrival, and Plankton is hard at work plotting a way to get something besides coal in his stocking this year. What he really wants is the Krabby Patty secret formula.

Sagu & Pagu: There was foliage where all the creatures lived happily together, but now because of draught the creatures in the area have suffered from thirst and starvation for a long time. They decide to take control in their hands and start looking for ways to put an end to their misery. Under the leadership of a turtle starts a quest for the treasure that will solve their crucial issue.

Treasure Hounds: Jack and his mom have inherited Grandpa’s oddball, over-stuffed home in a small town. It isn’t until they’re in the house that Jack’s mom reveals that they’re staying, leaving their small urban apartment for some small town beauty and what she hopes will be a better life. Jack’s upset at first, but inheriting Grandpa’s dog, Skipper and meeting some interesting new kids piques his interest.
