Th adjustments, he said, are based on current international factors with effect from 7 November 2018 and adjustments are due mainly to the international factors, namely, the stronger rand and higher crude oil prices.

As a result, 93 Octane (ULP and LRP) and 95 Octane (ULP and LRP) will remain unchanged while Diesel will increase by between 47c and 50c per litre. Illuminating Paraffin will increase by 28c per litre and LP gas will increase by 61.00 c/kg.

An unchanged petrol price might come as somewhat of a relief to motorists following several increases over the past few months.
