MISSING PERSON: Have you seen Alpheus Matlala (81)?

The Police in Mankweng appeals to the community to assist in locating an elderly man who went missing from Makekeng in Ga-Mamabolo over the weekend.

POLOKWANE – Alpheus Matlala was last seen by his family on 21 October 2018 in the early hours while on his way to the grazing field. He has since then not returned home.

The family notified the police and the search and rescue team was immediately activated, however, the police together with family searched for the victim at relatives and friends but he has not yet been located, said Constable Mienkie Ramakgoakgoa.

He was last seen wearing  a green overall, red tekkies and a maroon hat.

Anyone with information that can assist to locate the missing elderly man can contact investigating officer Detective Warrant Officer Phalakatshela on 0768426820 or nearest police station. Alternatively the crime stop number on 0860010111 or the crime line SMS 32211, she concluded.
