Lim Braai Knights: round 4 was ‘a wild one’

On the fourth evening of the now legendary Limpopo Toyota Braai Knights competition, the teams had to wow the judges with venison on the open flames.

POLOKWANE – As in the past few weeks, the teams did not disappoint and with themes that compliment the meat they served, they not only offered lovely plates to the judges but also a atmosphere true to South Africa.

The teams for this week included Mike’s Kitchen, with braaiers Calie Potgieter and Andrew Brice, MacGyver Autoshop with braaiers Magda and Martin Botha, Tracker with braaiers Leonie van der Merwe and Steven Taylor and last but not least, Standard Bank with braaiers Ilse-Marie Beetge and Alan Harrison.

Money raised during this competition will go to Dream to Become a Chef Foundation, Martha Hofmyer Old Age Home and various other charity organisations.
