#WFD – Tropical Trout Salad

POLOKWANE – If you’re a fish lover and you’re looking for something fresh for dinner then why not try out this salad?

What’s for Dinner says smoked trout, papaya and melon combine to make this delicious salad.

Ingredients

• 100g Smoked Trout
• ¼ cucumber, julienne
• 1 small papaya, chopped
• ½ sweet melon, chopped
• 1 apple, sliced
• 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 watercress and lettuce to serve
• 125ml KNORR Balsamic & Pineapple Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Method

• Cut the trout into thin strips.
• Arrange all ingredients except the trout on a bed of watercress and lettuce.
• Place the trout on top.
• Drizzle the KNORR Balsamic & Pineapple Vinaigrette Salad Dressing over the salad and serve with crispy bread rolls and cream cheese.
