[WATCH] DA’s Jacques Smalle reaches out to commuters in Seshego

The Democratic Alliance (DA) conducted an oversight visit to the Seshego Hospital last Wednesday, 26 September.

POLOKWANE – The visit started with a taxi ride from the taxi rank at Limpopo Mall, experiencing what commuters go through on a daily basis. The next stop was Seshego Hospital where an oversight had been planned. From there they went to Freedom Park for a door to door visit, listening to residents complaints.

“The reason that we are using public transport is because we want to introduce the DA’s Premier candidate, Jacques Smalle. As next year is election year, he wanted to see what the commuters experience and what are the problems they encounter. We request that next year, as we go into the elections, remember this day, 26 September, remember this day in the taxi,” said David Setjie, DA Capricorn Municipality Councillor.

Simon Mara Sepirwa a Seshego residents challenged the DA to go out and see for themselves what is happening out there. He urged them to not act only because it’s election time to gain votes.
