LIMPOPO – Police spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe says three people were killed on impact when a truck and a sedan collided head-on along the N1 North near the weighbridge at around 04:00 this morning (Tuesday).
“It is alleged that the truck was travelling from South to North along this road when it collided with a sedan. All the three occupants from the sedan died instantly but no one was injured from the truck,” he adds.
The deceased, aged between 22 and 30, have not yet been identified, but the police can confirm that they are all members of Churches around Pretoria, Gauteng and one of the deceased is an international recording artist.

The cause of this accident is not clear at this stage but a case of culpable homicide is being investigated, Ngoepe concluded.
