Search operations launched for two missing teen girls from Thoyandou

The teenagers were reported missing in separate incidents in the Thohoyandou area.

LIMPOPO –  Police spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe says both 17-year-old girls disappeared in separate incidents on 22 September.

In the first incident it is alleged Mukundi Tshisevhe (17) from Mukula village told her mother that she was going to the nearest shopping complex but since then has never returned home. In the second incident, Mulaedza Magoma (17)  disappeared from her parental house in Lufule 2 village.

The Police have since attempted to locate these victims at their relatives and friends with no success, Ngoepe added.

“Anyone with information that can assist in locating these missing girls, may contact Warrant Officer Sigogo on 082 484 1999 or 015 960 1088. Alternatively they can contact the 24-hour crime stop number on 08600 10111, the crime line SMS 32211 or the nearest Police Station.
