Lavishly dressed Mitchell House Grade 12 learners made for a real celebrity feel as they walked down the red carpet last Thursday evening to attend their farewell function themed ‘Oscar Night’
Some 40 learners arrived in trendy vehicles to the joy and entertainment of the spectators who showed their appreciation for the loud exhausts and bikers burning rubber. With proud parents wanting to capture every moment there were lights flashing everywhere as the Grade 11s ushered their guests into the venue.
Following their grand entrance the Class of 2018 were treated to some delicious food where after the festivities continued well into the night.
Some of the elegant attire worn by the learners were donated by a supporting parents’ group.
