“Fed up” residents to meet over water issues

A Whatsapp group operating in the city called “Fed-up Polokwane” has called on residents to stand together to discuss various issues pertaining to the scarcity of water, such as the availability of water tankers and where to find the tankers.

POLOKWANE – A meeting arranged by concerned Polokwane residents over the water situation in the city is going to take place at Laerskool Pietersburg (Suidskool) in Dorp Street tomorrow, 18 September.

Higher lying areas, in the city especially, are without water for extended periods due to pipe bursts and electricity failures at very frequent intervals and residents are “fed-up” with the situation.
