Dagga muffins sold at school in Mokopane

The police in Mokopane wants to sensitise parents and learners about the discovery of muffins that are baked and mixed with dagga being sold at schools.

MOKOPANE – Sgt Irene Masingi, Spokesperson of the Mokopane Police, confirmed that dagga muffins were confiscated from a learner at Hoërskool Piet Potgieter and urged parents to be extra vigilant.

“Advise your children about the risk and tell them that if they have any doubts or suspicions about anything sold at school, they should contact the Mokopane Police at (015) 409 1400 or visit the nearest police station.
