POLOKWANE – Businesswoman and media personality, Lerato Sekgobela, believes hard work always pays off.
Being in the business industry for several years has paved her way to victory.
The Business Women Association of South Africa (BWASA) 2018 Youth Entrepreneur award winner from Seshego outside Polokwane is living her success.

Sekgobela is the founder and Director of Discover Limpopo magazine and Afri-Mission Communication.
She told CV she believes it takes hard work to be successful in life.
She said she is happy her success comes at a time the country is celebrating Women’s Month.
“I believe my success will empower many women across the country,” she said.
She describes herself as a great business driver whose entrepreneurial instincts have carried multiple companies through rapid and continuous growth.
“I am distinguished by my passion for business, focus on collaborative teambuilding and my commitment to meet customer and market demands,” said Sekgobela.
She added women empowerment and recognition means a lot to her which is why she is so honoured to receive this award during Women’s Month.
Sekgobela said she discovered entrepreneurship as a youth and started off as a marketing executive in a community newspaper around Limpopo.
The successful businesswoman in the making said being in the business industry has taught her a lot.
She said she aims to fight unemployment which is currently rampant in South Africa through her business. “I started my business from my own savings with one employee but due to my ambition, it grew rapidly and currently has young employees across Limpopo, North West and Gauteng,” she proudly said.
The passionate entrepreneur also hosts an annual entrepreneurship competition and expo in several districts of Limpopo with the aim of empowering youth entrepreneurs.
