The Crazy Store, South Africa’s biggest discount variety retail chain opened three new stores across South Africa last Thursday, one of them being situated in Mall of the North (MoN) in Polokwane. MoN General Manager Sumarie de Ridder and PR Manager Thabitha Lekganyane welcomed The Crazy Store to the MoN family. “We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship,” Lekganyane added.
The new store is located on the upper level near Fun Company and Burger King and is also celebrating its 21st year of existence, with a large variety of special discounts on selected products throughout the year. “2017 was a milestone year for The Crazy Store,” said Managing Director, Kevin Lennett in a press release, “and it looks as though 2018 could supersede what was an incredible growth year for us. He was further quoted as having said The Crazy Store group has shown phenomenal growth since its first outlet (then known as the R10 Store) opened in Edenvale, Johannesburg in 1995.
