Makhado CBD robbery: Wanted suspect and accomplice arrested on the N1

Police say both suspects will appear before the Louis Trichardt Margistrates Court

LIMPOPO –  According to police spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe, the suspect (28) and his accomplice (30) were arrested on Monday, 6 August, along the N1 North outside Makhado.

The suspect was sought for his involvement in a business burglary at a retail store within the Makhado CBD.

“An employee of a retail shop in the Makhado CBD arrived at work to find thousands of rands worth of undisclosed money stolen. The method used to gain entry into the store is subject to ongoing police investigations,” he said.

Both suspects will appear before the Louis Trichardt Margistrates Court soon and are facing charges relating to business robbery.
