Cansa Relay: exciting times ahead
Even though the annual Cansa Relay took place only a few months ago, readers can gear up for the next Relay, in March 2019.
POLOKWANE – According to community mobiliser, Christopher Combrink, this Relay will definitely be one to remember.
“Things will be done a little bit differently.
“There will be live feeds throughout the evening for those who cannot attend the event to see what is happening.
“This we will be done via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube.
“There will also be live entertainment, entertainers will walk with residents instead of just standing on the stage.”
Among other surprises there will be a potjiekos competition named Brew a Pot of Hope.
“We realise it is still long in advance, but we want people to start thinking of how they want to be part of this event. Closer to the time we will share the theme with readers.”
