Police hunt for wanted suspect in connection with business robbery in Makado CBD

Police are requesting Khutso Michael Maponya (28) from Lenyenye, outside Tzaneen to go to Makhado Police Station or to the nearest police station, to assist with investigations in this matter.

LIMPOPO – Police in Makhado, outside Thohoyandou, have launched a massive manhunt for a suspect involved in a burglary business.

According to police spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe, an employee of a retail shop in the Makhado CBD arrived at work to find thousands of rands worth of undisclosed money stolen.

“Police were notified, responded immediately and began with the initial investigations and a manhunt ensued. The method used by the suspect to gain entry to the store is unknown but ongoing investigations will tell,” he said.
