[IN PICTURES] Mrs Polokwane hosts soccer event

Mrs Polokwane 2018/19 finalist, Shirley-Ann More from Westenburg, hosted a Soccer Tournament Charity Event at the Westenburg grounds on Saturday, 14 July.

POLOKWANE – She partnered with several companies like RJT Telecoms, Rejcon Engineering, Montsho swart Pheeha, Mathara Investments for the armed and professional security detail, Ramusi Attorneys, Star Sign and Print PLK, Mmamsheko, Events2Events Exclusive VIP Decor, Sapa Yopa Motocyle Club under the leadership of president Lesiba Lessboggie Chuene and the PSL Legends, Liau Thapelo, Molefi Ntsoelengoe, Steve Lekoelea and Kenny Majozi who helped make the event a resounding success.

Live entertainment for the day included Pule SillyTee, Kabelo Bash Motswi, Thabang Bang, DJ Senona, Karabo Q Scotch, Katlego Mateta Fortune Maswanganyi Bigstan, DJ Mrgab Za, Mantikana Maraka and Rarang Thabathank behind the decks who ensured everyone had a blast.

Soccer fans could enjoy delectable food and drinks from the various stalls while soccer teams Star Sign Football Club (FC) Legends, Lions of Limpopo Legends and Bidfood FC worked their magic on the soccer field.

In addition, Shirley-Ann thanked Kagiso Douza, Komote Methew, Keorapetse Rampa, Joe Zwakala van Wyk, and Fhull Haus Business Solutions for their support. Musician, Khuli Chana, graced the Westenburg grounds with his presence.

“We thank the leadership of the province, ANC Provincial Secretary Soviet Lekganyane, Simon Mathe and Donald Selamolela, you all had other responsibilities that day, but ensured you graced us with your presence. A leader leads by actions and not by his mouth,” Shirley-Ann said. She thanked all the parents for bringing their children to play and have fun at the grounds. Thank you Polokwane Royals Academy Football Club (FC), and to all supporters of the event, it was a huge success. Thanks for your support.”

Towards the end of the tournament, Shirley-Ann and her dancers entertained attendees with some cool dance moves on the soccer field under the sunset.
