POLOKWANE – Workers at the Department of Agriculture are unhappy as they feel that the re-moderation of the reports is the Department’s way of deviating from paying out performance bonuses, which they are supposed to receive.
Nehawu Branch Secretary, Phillip Mamabolo explained to Review that workers say the re-moderation should have taken place when the reports were initially done.
Leadership from the union is set to meet with the HOD to determine the way forward. If the meeting does not yield positive results, the workers have threatened to go on a go slow as well as to disrupt all departmental activities that will be taking place in the duration of their dissatisfaction.
