Super easy homemade bread perfect for a quick snack
This recipe should take approximately 20 minutes to make
POLOKWANE – What to do when you are hungry but there is no bread in the house.
There are a few options you can take.
You can either make a quick trip to your nearest store – this will unfortunately take you at least half and hour or more. Or you can use ingredients which most people already have in their kitchen cupboard to make this delicious home-made bread.
Ingredients:
You will need a cup of self raising flour, 2 eggs, teaspoon of oil and a cup of water
• Mix the eggs, oil and water in a mixing bowl.
• Add the flour to the mixture an knead into a dough.
• Roll out the dough into a thickness of 2 cm and cut the dough into squares or shapes by using the cookie cutters.
• Place the dough slices onto the pan and into an oven which has been pre-heated at 190 degrees. (To make a garlic bread mix melted butter and some garlic in a small bowl and spread onto the slices.)
• Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with toppings of your choice.
