LIMPOPO – Saps Acting Provincial Commissioner, Major General Jan Scheepers, has condemned the persistent incidents of domestic related killings and attacks still occurring in some areas of Limpopo.
This condemnation comes after three people were found dead in their home in the Ga-Maphalle village in the Bolobedu policing area in the early hours of this morning, 28 June.

According to police spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe, a resident saw what was happening and notified police who reacted swiftly.
“On arrival, a 38-year-old woman was found with multiple stab wounds, lying in a pool of blood. A 57-year-old man and a 19-month-old girl were found lying next to the woman with an unknown substance coming out of their mouths,” he explained.
The motive behind this incident is still unknown, but domestic violence may not be ruled out.
Police have opened cases of murder and two counts of inquest which are still being investigated.
“People who are having social related problems must consult their local, relevant authorities for intervention rather than taking the lives of another,” concluded General Scheepers.
