[VIDEO] Part of Vermikuliet Street closed due to petrol spill

POLOKWANE – The municipality has dispatched emergency response to Vermikuliet Street where a brewery truck overturned.

According to the municipality’s marketing and communications manager, Matshidiso Mothapo, motorists and passersby are warned to stay clear from the truck as there is fuel pouring out of the tank.

“There is possible temporary closure of the road due to the fuel and liquor that spilled on the road,” he concluded.
